Dear millennials, I am seeing a disturbing trend. Malls are becoming more and more sparse. When you start running our world, I have a request. Please don’t take away my malls. This magical land represents many memories like puppy love, special fast food joints, and favorite fashion memories. Give me a place to go when I’m in my 80s. I’ll be cruising around the mall, wearing my headband, bright color track suit, big earrings and frosted lipstick. It’ll be a good day outing for the blue hairs born in the 60s. Try to have miss Pac-Man, a record or cassette store, and perhaps a steak place for this generation Xer. If you mutter a quick “where’s the beef,” I may write you in my will. Love always, a fellow material girl, Liz P
