Learning Italian #542024

This word sorellina, little sister, appears so lovely and benign at surface level. However, in one word, this 4 syllable linguistic gremlin showcases the tumultuous, potholed journey of my Midwestern tongue. In short, my “o” diphthong habit and recalcitrant back R & L is recipe to give my Italian diction the morbs. As Jerry Daniels can attest, I am a self taught R roller so I’m up to the challenge however it doesn’t make it less annoying. #tonguesdontlie
