Hear ye hear ye: today 5.2 is Kiwi Perryner’s hatch day. She is 5. We got her in 2023 when she was just 2 and a few months old from fabulous @janinevanpatten; thanks to @312rachel. Some of the funny/adorable things she does include saying “kiwi” to get a seed, scurrying to the other side of our shoulder when she doesn’t want to come off, throwing things around her cage when she wakes up, squawking at us when we take something from her she shouldn’t have, calling out for us when we open the door to leave, closing her eyes when we give her scritches, and making a kissy sound when we smooch. #conures #kiwi #parrot
