I can have a complicated relationship with musical theater. I love it. It was my first performing arts experience and helped me escape my inhibited extrovert angst. But dagnabbit, it’s so immediate and emotionally exposed. I don’t always wanna feel all those buried messy emotions. Now my wunderkind @wagnercollege voice student @antt_romano has got me playing @epicthemusical “would you fall in love with me again” on repeat and I may need a drink soon to soothe my aching soul. Ok, maybe I’m being a tad bit dramatic lol. But this piece is AMAZING.
